HOW WE WORK

People first.
Clear expectations.

Professional identity

Valynn Trent is a Michigan real estate salesperson and REALTOR® with the Kippy Ellis Group, a team operating under Five Star Real Estate. Five Star Real Estate is the employing real estate broker; the Kippy Ellis Group is not a separate brokerage.

Equal housing opportunity

We provide service without discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or other classifications protected by applicable law. Property guidance is based on your stated housing needs and objective information. You choose the locations and properties you wish to consider.

Agency & compensation

A website inquiry does not establish an agency relationship. We discuss agency disclosures, representation, applicable written agreements, and services before proceeding. All brokerage compensation is negotiable and is not set by law. We respect existing exclusive representation agreements.

Accurate information

Market analyses are estimates, not appraisals. No sale price, sale timing, financing approval, or foreclosure outcome is guaranteed. This site does not offer MLS search or advertise specific listings. Foreclosure information is educational; a qualified attorney should confirm your legal rights and deadlines.
